Join us for a fun, hands-on class where we'll make two delicious types of stuffed pasta, before sitting down to a mutli-course meal!

The first and most commonly known pasta is the raviolo (i.e ravioli), a bite sized stuffed pasta that's often cut in squares, but can also be found in other shapes, like circles (called soli, or "suns") and crescents (called mezzelune, or "half moons"). 

The second pasta, tortelli, is a traditional dish from Mugello in Tuscany. Slightly larger than ravioli, and stuffed with tomato, cheese and herbs, this hearty pasta is typically served with a slow-cooked meat sauce. 

When we're done making the two pasta dishes together, you will sit down to enjoy the meal, accompanied by a seasonal salad, and finished with a little dolce to complete the meal.

Welcome snack: homemade focaccia 

Homemade tortelli pasta stuffed with potatoes, cheese and herbs, served with traditional slow cooked meat sauce. 

Homemade ravioli with spinach and ricotta with butter and sage 

Verdura di Campo Saltata - Wild greens sautéed with garlic and peperoncino 

Crema di ricotta - Espresso-infused ricotta cups with shaved chocolate 

 

 

BEVERAGES 

A selection of wines, beers and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the event. We also offer corkage, the fee is $15 per bottle.

• Tickets to Cucinato events are transferable - you can give them to someone else if you can’t attend (but please notify Cucinato in advance!)
