About this experience

Treat you mom to this fun, laid back Mother's Day cooking experience and lunch event hosted by Gaia Massai and chef Cosimo Ieraci!

Today we'll slow things down and spend some quality time making a classic nonna-style, Sunday pasta dish together - homemade ravioli! Stuffed with spinach and ricotta and topped with a simple pomodoro, this dish is always a crowd pleaser! 

Keeping things on the lighter side for the main course, we'll make a very simple, yet elegant Southern Italian fish entree - filetto di branzino, paired with rainbow carrots and mixed greens. And for dessert another classic - panna cotta - infused with fresh cherries and served in a cup! 

Once we're done preparing the dishes together, you, and your mom, and your fellow guests will be seated to enjoy the meal we've made together!

Ravioli di ricotta e spinaci - Homemade spinach and ricotta gnocchi 

Filetto di branzino al forno con olive e capperi - Baked sea bass filet with olives, capers and herbs, served with roasted rainbow carrots and sautéed broccolini 

Carote arcobaleno - Rainbow carrots 

Insalata mista - Organic mixed greens 

Panna cotta alle ciliegie - Cherry infused panna cotta  



A selection of wines, beers and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the event.  

We also offer corkage, the fee is $15 per bottle.
