About this experience

Join us for this fun, hands-on class where we’ll learn to make homemade egg pasta from scratch!

Chef Cosimo Ieraci will show you everything you need to know: how to make the dough, roll it out, and form it into popular shapes like lasagna, papardelle and tagliatelle. 

We'll also learn how to make two great sauces that pair perfectly with the egg-and-flour pasta we'll be be making. Once we're done, you'll sit down to enjoy the meal we've prepared, served by the Cucinato team!

Welcome snack - Homemade focaccia 

Spaghetti alla chitarra con pallottine - A specialty of Abruzzo, guitar-shaped spaghetti with mini meatballs

Pappardelle ai funghi - Homemade pasta with a hearty mixed mushroom sauce 

Cime di rapa ripassate - Sauted broccolini with galic and peperoncino   

Bicchierini di ricotta al caffè – Coffee-ricotta crema cups, topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate

We also offer corkage, the fee is $15 per bottle.
