Cucinato Italian Culinary Studio: Launching June 2018!

Italian chefs Luciano Schipano (Calabria) and Massimo Bruno (Puglia) have joined forces with olive oil & wine producer Gaia Massai (Tuscany) and Toronto-based food writer Mark Cirillo (author, Pizza Cultura) to launch a new Italian culinary studio in Toronto’s Corso Italia neighbourhood.

Located at the corner of Lansdowne and St Clair Aves, Cucinato Studio is set in an old trattoria and will offer cooking classes, pop-up dinners and private bookings.
