ABOUT CUCINATO STUDIO
In June 2018, chef Massimo Bruno (Puglia), olive oil & wine producer Gaia Massai (Tuscany) and Toronto-based food writer Mark Cirillo (author, Pizza Cultura) opened an Italian culinary studio in Toronto’s Corso Italia neighbourhood.
Located at the corner of Lansdowne and St Clair Aves, and set in an old trattoria, and Cucinato studio offers:
- Interactive cooking classes
- Pop-up dinners – sit-down events hosted by top Italian chefs
- Special events like wine, olive oil & cheese tastings
- Private bookings (customizable events for friends, families or businesses)
