Nero d'Avola offers rich and abundant notes of dark fruit and smokey wood, the result of being aged for a minimum of six months in a combination of French and American oak.Medium to full body, rich but soft tannins and a good acidity, which makes it a great wine for Italian food. A great choice for our Melanzane alla Parmigiana, Polpette di Ricotta and Braised Beef.
