Barbera is the hardy staple grape of the Piedmont region. Lithe and lively wine with flavors of amarena cherries and strawberries with savory undertones. Medium body with good acidity, easy and pleasant to drink.
Pairing - The high acidity makes it a perfect companion to a variety of dishes ranging from charcuterie and semi aged cheeses to grilled chicken and roasts. It is also excellent with truffle based and stuffed pastas.
