This refundable security deposit is required to finalize studio rentals.
It will be returned within 48 hours of your booking following inspection of the space provided there are no damaged and the space is left in the condition you found it.
Please note deductions may apply for:
- damages to the venue, furniture, or equipment
- broken or missing dishes, cookware, or glassware
- unwashed dishes or improperly cleaned equipment
- exceeding time limit or approved number of attendees
