A special bath selected for Gaia from her friend's organic farm Pietro Beconcini in Chianti, this Extra Virgin is a blend of traditional Tuscan varietals: Frantoio, Moraiolo and Mignola.
It is a true Tuscan Olive Oil with distinct green olive and artichoke flavor and slight pepperiness. It's wonderful drizzled on lightly-toasted artisanal bread and on raw vegetables and salads. Add it as a finishing touch on soups and pastas.
Olives are hand-picked, milled within 24 hours, and cold-pressed at temperatures below 27°C.
