About this experience

Join us for a special Valentine’s themed cooking class and dinner, hosted by chef Cosimo Ieraci.    

During this hands-on class, you and your fellow guests will make a three-course meal from scratch. Dishes we’ll make include a lovely pink-hued gnocchi; elegant seared tuna with sesame; and amorous "lady kiss" biscotti.  

When dinner's ready you’ll be seated at a harvest table with fellow guests to enjoy the meal we have prepared together! 

MENU 

Welcome snack 

Prosecco rosé and homemade focaccia 

Primo 

Gnocchi di Barbabietola - Homemade pink-coloured beet and potato gnocchi with butter and sage 

Secondo 

Scottata di tonno al sesamo - Sicilian-style seared tuna with sesame 

Finocchio al forno - Roasted fennel 

Dolce 

Baci di Dama - Piemontese "lady kisses", dome shaped biscuits with Nutella-ganache filling  

BEVERAGES 

A selection of wines, beers and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the event. 

We also offer corkage, the fee is $15 per bottle.

In most cases we can accommodate dietary restrictions, but please contact us before booking to confirm.

• Exchanges (one per ticket) permitted up to 5 days prior to the event.
• Tickets to Cucinato events are transferable - you can give them to someone else if you can’t attend (but please notify Cucinato in advance!)
