Outdoor Pizza Class at Tre Mari Bakery | Tues Jul 21
Hands on, interactive cooking classAbout this experience
Join us a special edition of Cucinato's fun, informative homemade pizza class - chosen by Toronto Life as one of the city’s best cooking experiences! Tonight’s outdoor event will be hosted on the front patio of Tre Mari Bakery, just two blocks east of our studio.
Led by Neapolitan chef Bruno di Sarno, this class will teach you everything you need to know about making pizza - it doesn’t matter whether you're using a simple electric oven in your kitchen or a fancy wood-burning oven outdoors.
You’ll sample Bruno’s delicious pizzas when you arrive, get to make your own dough and pizza during the class, and enjoy tasty cannoli, cookies and espresso from Tre Mari for dessert!
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- How to make delicious pizza dough from scratch
- The proper way to knead, ferment and bake the dough
- How to source and work with the best raw materials
- The right way to prepare toppings for classic Italian pizzas like Margherita, Diavolo and Funghi
- How to use tools like peels, spinners and pizza stones
