The ultimate Tuscan soup - full of delicious winter vegetables and legumes. Hearty, healthy and comforting, this vegetarian soup traditionally calls for leftover bread - so feel free to add some toasted artisanal bread as you reheat it!
Approximately 3-4 portions (32 oz).
Instructions - Reheat in small pot, stirring often, on medium heat, just until hot. Add a little tap water if it appears too thick. If adding bread, let the soup stand, covered, heat off, before serving, approximately 10 minutes.
Ingredients - Beans, potato, swiss chard, kale, vegetable stock, celery, carrots, onion, tomato paste, olive oil, bay leaf, garlic, sea salt.
Storage - Keeps up to 7 days refrigerated. Freezes well.
