Hands-on, Interactive Cooking Class

About this experience

Join olive oil & wine producer Gaia Massai for this special cooking class, where we'll prepare some favourite family dishes from her youth in rural Tuscany. Helping you and Gaia prepare the meal will be our good friend, chef Cosimo Iearaci!

During the class, we'll divide and conquer the three course menu Gaia has put together, and when it's ready, you'll will sit down to enjoy the meal, served by the Cucinato team!  


Salvia fritta e crostini di polenta - Two simple Tuscan antipasti: fried sage leaves and polenta crostini 

Gnudi di ricotta e spinaci - Ricotta "gnocchi" with spinach, served with tomato sauce.
Spiedini alla Toscana - Skewers made with a variety of meats, herbs and crusty bread 

Fagioli all’Uccelletto – Tuscan Baked Beans Recipe 
Patate alla ghiotta - Crunchy on the outside, soft inside, these traditional roasted potatoes are the perfect contorno (side dish) 

Torta all'olio d'oliva - Always a favourite here at Cucinato, a delicious semi sweet cake made with olive oil, orange and a touch of rosemary
