About this experience

If you've met chef Gianluca Ruggieri before, you surely know that he comes from Rome and that he's VERY passionate about his home town. Especially Roman cooking. So brace yourself for a real treat this evening as he share the authentic way to prepare these classic Roman dishes!

Doing the class we will divide and conquer a traditional 3-course Roman meal. Then you will sit down to enjoy the meal, served by Gianluca and the Cucinato team. 

MENU 

Cacio e Pepe - A classic Roman pasta dish, simple in ingredients but precise in technique. Gianluca will show you the right way to make it

Pollo alla romana - Chicken braised with sweet peppers, tomato and herbs.

Rapini aglio e olio - Rapini lightly sautéed in olive oil, garlic, and a touch of peperoncino.

Patate al forno - Roasted potatoes with herbs

Crostata con le Visciole - Traditional sour cherry and ricotta pie
