Rural Tuscan Cooking Class | Fri Oct 4

Hands on, interactive cooking class

Cost:

$140.00 per ticket

Duration:

4h

About this experience

Join Tuscan olive oil & wine producer Gaia Massai for this special cooking class, where we'll prepare some favourite family dishes from her childhood in the rural town of San Miniato, Pisa.

Rural Tuscans wear their nickname of “bean eaters” proudly – not only because they love their legumes, but because the name represents cucina povera, the real essence of Tuscan country cooking.

The hearty simplicity of this tradition, and bold, richness of its flavours, are on full display with tonight’s menu.

During the class, you’ll work with Gaia, chef Cosimo and fellow guests to prepare a 3-course meal together. When we’re done, guests will sit down together at a long harvest table to enjoy the meal, served by the Cucinato team.
