Our freshly made pistachio pesto comes in two sizes and contains no cheese, so it's gluten-free and vegan.
Portions - One 8 oz size of pesto is ideal for standard 450-500 ml package dried pasta.
Instructions - Thaw before using. Do not heat up the sauce. Empty pesto into a mixing bowl and cook pasta separately. When pasta is cooked, toss into bowl with room temperature pesto and a little cooking water (to desired consistency). Mix well and eat right away.
Pairs well with - Our homemade bigoli, or dried spaghetti or fusilli.
Ingredients - Basil, Parmigiano Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt, pepper.
Leftovers tip - If you have a small amount of leftover pesto, use it to add a little extra flavour to soups sauces or vegetable dishes!
