Homemade gnocchi is one of the most popular comfort foods in Italy, and it's surprisingly easy to make! 

In this fun, hands-on class, chef Cosimo will show you how to make two variations: classic potato gnocchi and spinach-ricotta gnocchi. He will also show you how to make two great sauces that pair with each of these gnocchi varieties. 

Once we're done, you'll sit down to enjoy the meal we've prepared prepared together, served by the Cucinato team! 

MENU

Welcome snack on arrival: homemade focaccia 

Gnocchi di patate - Classic potato with zucchini, cherry tomato and (optional) pancetta

Gnocchi di ricotta e spinaci - Spinach and ricotta gnocchi with tomato sauce

Insalata invernale - Radicchio Trevisano, pear, radishes, fennel, celery, dill, walnuts and fresh lemon juice 

Sorbetto - Lemon sorbet with fresh berries 

BEVERAGES 

A selection of wines, beers and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the event. 

We also offer corkage, the fee is $15 per bottle.
