Join us for a special holiday-themed class exploring traditional dishes of Easter, Lent and Carnevale in Italy. 

All of the great recipes we'll be preparing during tonight's class have special meaning this time of year - fried desserts symbolizing the excess of Carnevale; meatless dishes for the abstinence of Lent; eggs and spring vegetables signifying renewal and rebirth; and so on. 

During this hands-on class you'll learn a little about the customs and foods of the Italian Easter Season, and get to try making some of these delicious dishes firsthand! When we're done preparing the meal, you'll sit down at a harvest table with your fellow guests to enjoy the meal we've prepared together. 




Rotolo di ricotta e spinaci - Spinach and ricotta puff pastry rolls 


Spaghetti alle vongole - Spaghetti with clams 


Agnello al Forno con Patate - Roasted lamb with potatoes and herbs 

Asparagi e uova - Asparagus with (optional) poached egg 


Frittelle di carnevale - Venetian style apple fritters

We also offer corkage, the fee is $15 per bottle.
