What is Cucinato Studio?

Cucinato is a kind of Italian food hub made up of chefs, bakers, pizza and pasta makers, sommeliers, farmers - food experts of all kinds!

Here are some things we do: 

  • Weekly Mercato (home cooked meals, fresh pasta, pizza & focaccia; wine and pantry Items you can enjoy at home)
  • Small Cooking Classes (at our studio or your home)
  • Chef Dinners (at our studio or your home)
  • In-home Catering
  • Private events 
 

How does it work? 

We post a weekly menu for our Thursday market on our site - you can subscribe for updates if you want it sent to you directly. And we’re adding pantry items and wines weekly. 

For Cooking Classes and Dinners, we sell tickets online. We’ll be posting our virtual schedule soon; you can also sign up for our newsletter to received monthly updates.

Who runs Cucinato? 

Cucinato is run collaboratively by Tuscan olive oil & wine producer Gaia Massai; Pugliese chef & culinary tour guide Massimo Bruno; and marketer/writer Mark Cirillo (author, Pizza Cultura).
