Join us for the summer edition of our ever-popular Homemade Pasta Class! Tonight chef Bruno di Sarno will show you how to make two delicious varieties of homemade semolina pasta that are perfect for summer pasta dishes.
Bruno will teach you everything you need to know for making this simple, versatile type of pasta: how to make the dough, roll it out, and form it into popular shapes like cavatelli and strozzapreti. We'll also learn how to make two simple, delicious sauces that pair perfectly with these pasta varieties!
Once we're done, you'll sit down to enjoy the meal we've prepared, and a few others we've prepared for you, all served by the Cucinato team.
