PORTIONS - 3-4 portions (32 oz).
INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN- Submerge container in warm water for approx. 5 minutes till its contents can be easily poured out. Heat in a pot at medium/low heat, stirring occasionally, till hot. Add a little water if soup gets a little too thick when heated.
