      Traditional, hearty, slow-cooked meat sauce, the kind your nonna used to make every Sunday! Made with beef only. 16 oz size is enough sauce for one standard 450-500 ml package of dried pasta or fresh pasta.

      Instructions - Heat sauce in a pan. Separately, cook the pasta; when it's al dente, remove from pot, mix in with ragù and cook a few mins longer. Usually it's best to add a little pasta water to the ragù because it gets quite dense - use your judgment. 

      Pairs well with - Pairs well with hearty pastas like tagliatelle, pappardelle, rigatoni, and ziti.

      Ingredients - Tomato, beef, red wine, onion, garlic, basil.

      Storage - Keeps approximately 7 days in fridge. Freezes well.
