      A typical dish from Piemonte - beef slowly braised in red wine and herbs. Pairs well with polenta, risotto or vegetable side dishes.

      Heating Instructions - Heat, covered, in preheated oven at 350° (convection recommended) approximately 45 minutes till hot.

      Storing Instructions - Keeps in fridge up to 7 days. Freezes well.

      Tip for Leftovers - Can be used as a delicious pasta sauce on its own, or added to a tomato or ragù sauce.  

      Ingredients - Beef, beef stock, red wine, carrots, tomato sauce, onion, celery, garlic, herbs, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.
