Join us for a special summer edition of Massimo Bruno’s always-popular Classic Sauces class - live and interactive via Zoom. We’ll deliver recipes and ingredients to your home, so all you have to do is log onto Zoom from your kitchen and cook along with Massimo!

The dishes we’ve chosen for tonight’s class are some of the most popular in Italian kitchens this time of year - light and simple, quick and easy to make - perfect for the season. And as always Massimo will offer plenty helpful tips on ingredients, substitutions, hacks, and - most importantly - having fun while you cook!

DISHES WE'LL BE MAKING

  • Spaghetti al tonno e limone - Spaghetti with tonno sott’olio, garlic, lemon and herbs.
  • Penne all’ortolana - Penne with garden fresh vegetables 
  • Trofie al pesto di zucchini - Quick, light, fresh - even lactose free - a great summer pasta sauce!

HOW IT WORKS

  • Minimum 2 people per order 
  • Ingredients and recipes will be delivered to your home the day of the event
  • A Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the event
  • Feel free to add wine or pantry items from our Mercato to your order, we’ll deliver those too!

    • Tickets to Cucinato events are transferable - you can give them to someone else if you can’t attend (but you must notify Cucinato in advance!)

    CHEF MASSIMO BRUNO

    Massimo is a partner here at Cucinato and the executive chef of our weekly Mercato. He’s been hosting regionally themed supper clubs, special events and cooking classes at his own kitchen studio since 2005. He also hosts culinary tours to Southern Italy several times a year.

    Massimo’s approach to Italian cooking is pretty much his outlook on life in general: keep it simple and authentic, never stop innovating, and always have fun!
