About this experience

Join us for a special Valentine’s themed cooking class and dinner, hosted by chef Cosimo Ieraci.

During this hands-on class, you and your fellow guests will make a three-course meal from scratch. Dishes you’ll make include a lovely pink-hued gnocchi; elegant salt-encrusted fish; and decadent white chocolate cake.

When the food is ready you’ll be seated at a harvest table with your fellow guests, and the meal will be served by the Cucinato team.

Welcome snack 

Prosecco rosé and homemade focaccia 

Primo 

Gnocchi di Barbabietola - Homemade pink-coloured beet and potato gnocchi with butter and sage 

Secondo 

Branzino al sale - Sea salt encrusted whole sea bass, served with baked seasonal vegetables 

Dolce 

Torta caprese bianca - White chocolate almond cake with raspberry coulis 

BEVERAGES 

A selection of wines, beers and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the event. 

We also offer corkage, the fee is $15 per bottle.

• Exchanges (one per ticket) permitted up to 5 days prior to the event.
• Tickets to Cucinato events are transferable - you can give them to someone else if you can’t attend (but please notify Cucinato in advance!)
