In early autumn you’ll find the smokey, woody flavours of mushrooms and and chestnuts in kitchens all over Italy. To welcome the new season, chef Luciano Schipano has put together a hearty autumnal meal featuring traditional veal stew, fresh-stuffed cannelloni, and roasted apples.

A selection of wines will be available for for purchase, or you can bring you own to enjoy with the meal ($15 corkage fee applies).

Antipasto

Arancini di riso; pecorino, mozzarella, Speck prosciutto, capicollo, soppressata; olive verdi; funghi alla griglia (grilled mushroom); peperoni arrostiti (roasted peppers); pomodori sott’olio (sundried tomato).

Cannelloni ricotta e spinaci

Stufato di vitello con castagne e funghi (traditional veal stew cooked mushroom and chestnut)
