Cucinato is excited to announce our very first pizza making class, and honoured to have master pizza maker Pasquale Ponticello hosting!
Pizza is in Pasquale’s blood – he comes from Naples, the birthplace of pizza, and worked in the city’s top pizzerias for many years before coming to Toronto in 2013. Today he works with local industry leaders like Faema Canada and Posta Ristorante.
Pasquale will teach you everything make your own fantastic pizza at home
- How to select and work with the best raw materials
- The proper way to knead, ferment and bake the dough
- Classic Italian compinations like Margherita, Marinara & Funghi
A selection of appetizers and pizzas will be served throughout the night to enjoy during the class.
WINE – a selection of Italian wine & beer will be available for purchase. If you would like to bring your own wine there is $15 corkage fee.
