Italian chef Massimo Bruno (Puglia), olive oil & wine producer Gaia Massai (Tuscany) and Toronto-based food writer Mark Cirillo (author, Pizza Cultura) have launched a new Italian culinary studio in Toronto’s Corso Italia neighbourhood.
Located at the corner of Lansdowne and St Clair Aves, Cucinato Studio is set in an old trattoria and offers:
- Interactive cooking classes
- Pop-up dinners – sit-down events hosted by top Italian chefs
- Special events like wine, olive oil & cheese tastings
- Private bookings (customizable events for friends, families or businesses)
