POSTPONED – Cooking Class: Handmade Pasta with Bruno Di Sarno (Cavatelli, Strozzapreti)

Tonight Bruno will show you how to make the most old-school, nonna-style pasta there is – no machines; no white flour; not even any eggs! Tonight we’re making classic southern Italian semolina pasta by hand!

Once we make the pasta dough we’ll divide it up and make two classic pasta shapes: cavatelli (ribbed or flat) and strozzapreti.

Then we’ll show you two simple, delicious sauces that pair perfectly with these pasta shapes. And when it’s ready we’ll sit down for a meal together and enjoy!
