Massimo Bruno invites you to discover one of the most “Mediterranean” parts in all of Italy, a medley of Greek, French and Spanish influences: his home region of Puglia!
Tonight we’ll learn how to make a classic Pugliese pasta style, cavatelli, perfectly paired with oven-roasted tomatoes. We’ll also prepare the region’s signature vegetable dish, rapini sautéed with garlic and peppers, and some lesser known specialties like the simple, delicious – and gluten free! – torta di ricotta. When the class if over we’ll sit down and enjoy the meal together.
A selection of wines from Puglia will be available for purchase and Massimo will make some of his signature focaccia barese to snack on while we cook.
