Join chef Massimo Bruno for a fun, interactive Tuscan cooking class where we’ll make a delicious selection of classic dishes from the region!
We’ll learn to make gnudi, a light, ricotta-based “gnocchi” made with semolina and spinach and topped with a simple butter and sage sauce. We’ll also make homemade pici, a kind of rustic handmade spaghetti, and panzanella, one of the region’s most famous summer dishes.
At the end of the class we will sit down together to enjoy the food we’ve prepared!
NOTE ABOUT WINE – a selection of Italian wines will be available for purchase. If you would like to bring your own wine there is $15 corkage fee.
