Join chef Luciano for a hands-on cooking class where we’ll prepare a traditional meal from his home region of Calabria!
You’ll learn how to make scilatelle, a rustic homemade pasta typically served with a slow-cooked meat ragù. We’ll also prepare some side dishes commonly found in Calabria this time of year, and traditional biscotti called “pastetti”. At the end of our class we’ll sit down for a meal together, and when it’s over everyone will get a small batch of cookies to enjoy at home.
There will be a selection of Calabrian wines available for purchase and Luciano will make some homemade pizza to snack on while we cook.
