Join chef Massimo Bruno for a fun, interactive cooking class featuring some of his favourite Northern Italian dishes: risotto al barbera (risotto cooked in red wine), fresh tajarin pasta with butter and sage, and more!
Massimo always makes some fresh focaccia barese to snack on while we cook. After we prepare the food, chef and students will sit down together to enjoy the meal we have prepared.
Trote al tartufo e funghi (trout with mushroom and truffle oil)
Risotto al barbera (risotto with red wine)
Tajarin burro e salvia (semolina and egg pasta with butter and sage)
Brasato al Barolo (braised beef short ribs with red wine)
Tortino al gianduja (warm chocolate soufflé with hazelnut chocolate)
A selection of wines will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle. Or bring your own wine for a $15/bottle corkage fee.
