Join chef Massimo Bruno for a fun, interactive cooking class featuring some of his favourite holiday dishes! Tonight we’ll learn how to make fresh maccherone al ferretto with slow cooked meat sauce, traditional cod stewed in tomato and capers, and more!
Massimo always makes some fresh focaccia barese to snack on while we cook. After we prepare the food, chef and students will sit down together to enjoy the meal we have prepared.
Focaccia di patate

Baccalà con pomodori e capperi (cod fish stewed in tomato and capers)
Maccherone al ferretto con ragù napoletano (handmade pasta with slow cooked meat ragù)
